Keep it pinned for quick access to all the things you send yourself whether you're using Teams on your desktop, the web, or your phone. You'll find your chat at the top of your pinned chats in the chat list. Send messages, files, notes, and media to yourself to help you stay organized. Removing a call from your call history removes it from view on all your devices. Hover over the call you'd like to remove and select More actions > Remove from view. To pre-assign channel members to breakout rooms in channels meetings, go to the breakout rooms tab in the meeting details, then select Assign participants.
